Next Generation School Programs

AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM

Our after-school program for Next Generation School students begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. Students enjoy outdoor play (weather permitting), games, snack and quiet reading or homework time. Our after-school staff supervise students.

The after-school program is not included in tuition. For information about rates, please contact Ms. Kristin Weatherford at 217-356-6995.

DAYS OUT PROGRAM

We offer a Days Out program for Next Generation School students for most school holidays and during school vacations.

The per-day fee ($40) includes lunch and snacks. There are a limited number of spaces available, so parents must sign-up for the Days Out program in advance.

The program is supervised by our after-school staff. Students enjoy a variety of activities at the school and occasional field trips as well.

For more information, please contact Ms. Kristin Weatherford at 217-356-6995.

HOT LUNCH PROGRAM

For students who do not bring a packed lunch from home, we have nutritious hot lunches prepared by a local catering company.

Hot lunch menus include whole-wheat breads and pastas, white meat and fresh fruits and vegetables. Vegetarian entrees are also available. Milk is provided for all students, but at an additional cost for students bringing lunches from home.

Hot lunches can be ordered by the month or by the week. The cost of the monthly option is determined by the number of days of school each month; the weekly option is a flat fee. Lunch menus are available well before the order deadline.

For more information, please contact Ms. Kristin Weatherford at 217-356-6995.

EXTENDED-DAY ENRICHMENT PROGRAM

Our Extended Day Enrichment Program serves students in the Champaign Unit 4 schools in Kindergarten through fifth grade.

Next Generation School buses (driven by our staff) transport students from their school to our building.

Program hours are from 2:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.

For more information, please contact Ms. Rebecca Loren or Ms. Danelle LaFoe at 217-356-6995.

Weekly payments are made through ACH withdrawals and may be pro-rated. Full-time tuition includes early dismissal and Teacher Institute days, for which we provide full-day care. Intercession care is also available for an additional fee.
