Next Generation School Middle School
Next Generation Primary and Middle School was established in 2004. We began the 2007 -2008 school year in our new school building.
- Curriculum exceeds requirements of Illinois State Standards
- Low student-to-teacher ratio: two teachers in each Primary School classroom
- Specialty teachers for art, music, physical education, science, Spanish
- Specialty teachers collaborate with Primary and Middle School faculty to integrate curriculum

The Middle School consists of students in Middle School A, B and C (sixth, seventh, and eighth grade respectively). There is a maximum of thirty students in each class. Each class is divided into two groups of fifteen students.
Our faculty are dedicated, experienced teachers of young adolescents. They teach classes within their own areas of specialization and work collaboratively to maximize student potential and learning.
MIDDLE SCHOOL DAILY SCHEDULE
Class periods are 45 minutes. The English/Language Arts class period is 90 minutes.
Middle School students have the option of studying French or Spanish.
